Each order takes approximately 9 working days from dispatch to delivery to the customer. Times may vary slightly depending on the number of daily shipments and national courier schedules.

The customer can track shipments themselves via our website or via external tracking platforms.The tracking code is sent to the customer via email as soon as the order has left the warehouse. (The email is sent automatically by our server, so it can sometimes be found in the SPAM or Promotions folder of your mailbox).

Note: Each order leaves our warehouse within approximately 48/72 hours. This period is called the "processing phase" and is the time between when the order is placed on the website and when the order is sent from the warehouse.
