Our barefoot shoes are designed to provide natural comfort, durability, and an authentic barefoot experience guaranteed by a very durable and grippy outsole.

That’s why we guarantee that the sole will maintain its performance for at least 1 Year from the date of purchase.  

If the sole of your shoes wears down before 1 year and reaches a thickness of less than 0.5 cm in the Heel or Toe area (excluding the edges) with a noticeable loss of grip, we will replace your shoes free of charge. 

What Does the Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers exclusively:  

✔️ Excessive sole wear that reduces its thickness to less than 0.5 cm in the heel or toe area (not on the edges).  
✔️ Significant loss of traction (grip) due to normal wear.  
✔️ Shoes purchased directly from our official store or authorized retailers.  

What Is NOT Covered by the Warranty?

 
❌ Accidental damage, cuts, tears, or abrasions caused by sharp objects.  
❌ Damage caused by exposure to chemicals or excessive heat.  
❌ Shoes used outside their intended purpose or for industrial activities.  

 

How to Request a Replacement?

To submit a warranty claim, follow these steps:  

1️⃣ Take clear photos of the sole, showing that its thickness is less than 0.5 cm in the heel or toe area and that the grip is visibly compromised.  

2️⃣ Send the images along with your order number to our customer service at info@gronanda.com ( use as Subject Line: 1-Year Sole Warranty Request)

3️⃣ Our team will review your request, and if approved, you will receive a free replacement pair.
